These opportunity areas have a direct link to important performance measurements, such as cost, quality, and customer service levels. Our goal is to eliminate these variables from the process, reduce waste, and improve bottom-line performance with our Quality Assurance Team.


A Quality Assurance Team is responsible for:

  • Maintaining a compliance program
  • Evaluating vendors, products, work performed,and customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining measurement protocols
  • Finding a problem and eliminating it
  • Understanding product/service quality regulations
  • Acting as a technical resource
